Terms and Conditions
Doing business across borders takes trust, clear details, and shared expectations. At Javafurni, we want every furniture order to start with a clear understanding. These terms and conditions explain how we handle orders, payments, production, shipping, and quality concerns. Please review them before confirming your order.
1. Orders and Minimum Requirements
We work with importers, retailers, hospitality buyers, and furniture businesses. Our standard minimum order is one 20-foot container per shipment. Each design must include at least three pieces. This helps us plan materials and production with care.
Need furniture made to your own design? We accept custom requests. Prices and lead times depend on your design, materials, finishes, and order details. Please share your drawings or product brief before we prepare a quote.
2. Pricing and Payment
Our standard prices use FOB Semarang Port terms. We can also discuss CIF shipping if that better suits your needs. Your quotation will outline the agreed products, prices, and shipping terms.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm an order. The remaining 50% is due before shipment and document release. Please send payment by bank transfer to our official company account. Production begins once the deposit clears. Late payments may affect the production and shipping schedule.
3. Production and Lead Times
Furniture needs time for careful making and finishing. For first-time orders, our standard lead time is ten weeks after deposit confirmation. Actual timing may vary with product details, order size, and material needs.
For repeat orders, our current production capacity can support up to four 40-foot containers per month. This is a planning guide, not a reserved slot. We will confirm timing based on your order and our production schedule.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We can help arrange freight through our shipping partners. If you already work with a freight company, you may use your own provider. Please confirm your preferred option before the order ships.
Shipping costs and delivery arrangements depend on the agreed trade terms. Under FOB terms, responsibility for the goods transfers according to the agreed shipping arrangement once the goods are handed over at the port. We can also assist with export documents, customs paperwork, and logistics coordination.
5. Product Quality and Claims
We check furniture before shipment and take care with packing. Our products use solid wood from legal sources, with attention to construction and finish. Material grain and tone may vary because wood is natural. These differences are part of the material, not automatically a defect.
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If you find damage or a quality issue, contact us within seven days of receipt. Include clear photos, item details, and a short description of the issue. This helps us review your claim and discuss a fair next step.
6. Custom Orders and Changes
Custom furniture is made to match the details agreed in your order. Please review sizes, materials, finishes, and quantities before approval. Changes after confirmation may affect price and lead time. We will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
7. Agreement and Contact
By confirming an order, you agree to the terms stated here and in your approved quotation. If any detail is unclear, please contact Javafurni before making payment. We would rather answer your questions early than leave room for confusion.
These terms are intended to support a clear working relationship. For a quote or help with an order, contact our team through the official channels listed on javafurni.co.id.
